Do For Self Entertainment is a record label founded in New York City by Pauly-On and Demorne (D-Dub) Warren. We took a famous quote used by the Black Panthers for the people to become self sufficient and we have turned it into or motto.  We realized that the Golden Era we grew up in and that initially attracted us to this art form was over. There had to be a way for us to make the music we wanted to make on our own terms so we formed Do For Self Entertainment and never looked back. It is clear from our work that we believe in adding on to preserve the hip hop culture, proving it won't disappear anytime soon as long as we're involved. We are dedicated to ushering in a Hip Hop Renaissance or a New Golden Era by focusing on marketing skills and talent to today's audience. Unorthodox rhyme schemes thought provoking lyrics, clever word play, ambiguous bars containing double entendres, off the wall styles and innovative beats is what you will find everytime you hear music from Do For Self Ent's flagship artist and who is also the label co founder and president .We are not followers but natural born leaders.
